What we collect

• Your account: your email address, your password (kept in protected form by our sign-in provider, so we cannot read it), your name and your profile picture. Artists and labels also give an artist name, an About text, links, and their music and cover pictures.
• What you do on Vibra Chune: the songs you buy, like or add to playlists, the artists you follow, and the songs you play. We use plays to show charts and to count what artists earn.
• On your device: songs you download for offline listening are kept inside the app on your own device. Plays you hear offline are sent to us when you are back online.
• Payments: Vibra Chune is in test mode, so no real money moves and we hold no payment details. Before real payments start, we will tell you which payment partners handle them and update this page.

Who can see what

• Public: artist profiles, releases, previews, chart totals, follower counts and play counts.
• Only you: your email, purchases, library, playlists, likes, who you follow and your wallet history.
• Artists can see how many sales and plays their music has, but not who bought or played it.
• Vibra Chune staff with admin access can see the account details and activity needed to run the service and handle reports.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use Netlify to host the website and Supabase for the database, file storage and sign-in. We may share information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can change your name and picture (and, for artists, your profile) in Edit profile, and your email or password in Settings. To delete your account and your data, write to us at [email address] and we will do it.

Keeping your information safe

The app uses encrypted connections, and access rules so that people can only see their own private information. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password and do not share it.

Children

Vibra Chune is not meant for children under [age].

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is big. We will also update it as Sierra Leone's data protection rules develop.
